Taylor Swift's full name Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on December 13th of 1989, in West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.A. Taylor Swift became famous as a artist and singer in the beginning of 2001, with stories of heartache. Swift was a fan of music at an early age. She swiftly rose through the ranks, starting as a child actor and eventually performing before an audience of thousands. Swift began to compose songs in the teen years. She performed The Star-Spangled Banner for a Philadelphia 76ers NBA game. Swift got inspiration from musicians in country music such as Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks as well as the Chicks to create original material that expressed the apathy she felt at the age of 13. Swift's parents moved her to Tennessee at the age of 13 after selling their Pennsylvania farm. It allowed Swift to devote more time courting labels for the country genre in Nashville.
